Asashuni (Satkhira) Correspondent : A four-day farmer training of two batches has been held in Gopalganj, Khulna, Bagerhat, Satkhira, Pirojpur (GKBSP) project in Asashuni.
The training was given to 30 farmers in the first batch on January 10 and 11 and 30 farmers in the second batch on January 12 and 13 in the auditorium of Asashuni Krishak Training Center organized by the Upazila Agriculture Department.
On January 10, the training program was inaugurated by the Deputy Director of Agriculture, Department of Agricultural Extension, Farm House, Satkhira. Nurul Islam.
District Training Officer Khalid Saifullah, Upazila Agriculture Officer Rajibul Hasan and others provided training.
The training provides training on boro rice variety identification, production technology, pest control, mustard, sunflower, lentil pulses, wheat, onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric cultivation, organic farming, vermi compost, pile compost.
